We didn't have any power yesterday morning due to the wind storm that came through Sunday Night. We had about miles per hour wind and absolutely NO rain! Seems weird to me. Anyway, Moday morning, Geoff went off to work, uncertain if there would be power across town (there wasn't but they go that onwithin an hour) and Michael and I got out our books. Michael chose a new one that we had checked out of the library titled "Woo - the Not-So-Scary Ghost. After the fourth time staright reading it, he looked up at me and asked me if I would make him a Woo. Of course I said yes and we went through the dark basement with a flashlight looking for felt. He chose white with sparkles and orange eyes and a black mouth. I, of course, did the stitching and he "helped with stuffing. I chose to put his name on his bottom (because I do that sort of thing). Ok, on to the pictures. I love this thing and Michael wanted to sleep with him last night. That makes me feel like the most specail person on earth:)
Last weekend we made ALOT of zuicchini bread and gave lots of it to the neigbors. i got tired of the activity after the first two batches. So Geoff took over. And Michael helped. I don't really have the stamina to cook with Michael, i get to nervous about him falling off the chair or blending his finger or something, so I didn't participate, in fact, I left and ran errands and got to come home to the delicious smell of Zucchini bread. I did manage to take a few pics before I left though:
