Show Mommy What You Did...

So. My lovely son was supposed to be finding his pirate hat in his bedroom. He was being really nice and quiet and I figured he was actually looking for it, so I let him be. About five minutes after he went upstairs he came down with this:

He was also covered with the white stuff. All over his head and his shirt and a trail of it coming down the stairs. I didn't get a pic of that, I was just trying to get it off him. So I said to him "Show mommy what you did". He took my hand and led me upstairs to his room where I found this:

It smelled bad. It was just baby powder, but that much really stinks. Took an hour of me vacuuming and then Geoff having to empty the toy box and wiping everything down and it still stinks up there...I love my son:)
On a completely un-related note.....I have flowers!Lots of them. The marigolds that I got for Easter popped up while I was in Virginia and now look beautiful!!!!They came from seeds and I planted them in May and the came up the end of July. There was a lot of green before that, but no color. Now there's lots of color:)I really like the big yellow one.

Michael's Zinnia. Aunt Connie sent him Veggie tales seeds and he planted them and does most of the watering.
My Bachelor Buttons didn't turn out well, so no pictures of them.
Mom and Dad are coming for a visit today. We're planning on the fair and lots of other park type stuff. Let's all pray for good weather. Michael is so very
excited about seeing Maw Maw and Paw Paw. He wants to show them all his toys and his "Big House" and his new friends. I guess hes just excited about everything, but so am I. I love having visitors and Mike and Bev are great to have. I love watching them with Michael. Makes me miss Mom a little more, but it's good that he can know at least one set of grandparents!
Haven't heard about the job yet. But keep praying, because it's still a possibility:)
